I don't believe the words 'led him on' were used!!!!!! More like 'body language' was giving off different signals to what she was actually saying! Confused messages, etc.
According to my understanding - in a Court of Law - no means no. If a woman says no - the man - if he has any sense at all, and if his intentions are not sinister - acts on what is she actually says!
Many men have often claimed 'she was asking for it' when accused of some sort of sexual wrong-doing - whether that be she had on a short skirt, or that she was being very friendly, whatever - no must and does mean no! End of story! Any man that chooses to ignore that - must accept the consequences!!
