He is right.
Marcus is turning into another Jayne with his persistent rulebreaking. Marcus and Bea alone are the ones who deserve to be up for eviction and now the other housemates are suffering for Marcus and Siavash's mistakes.
For Marcus to laugh about it is pathetic.
