I think the main reason people claim to like lisa is because they dislike freddie.
Bit sad really.
Of course, she has some genuine fans, you know the kind of people who hang out in big groups, picking on the little emo kid that walks past them or something. But most have just jumped on the hating freddie bandwagon, and claim to like Lisa, though they dont.
