Indeed, if it was marcus kicking off, mistake or no mistake, it would constitute threatening behaviour. I dont doubt it.

I dont know how marcus kept his cool to be honest, I would have hit the little git if he was goading me like that...though apologised later when i realised he made a mistake. but we dont have such hindsight at the time.
