Generally speaking, Rodders is right.
People shouldn't whine about wanting to leave they should just go.

Sree did it about three times and Tom did it twice, going in to the diary room threatening to leave and then "allowing themselves" to be talked out of it.

To me, as soon as someone goes in the diary room and talks about leaving, BB should open the door and drag them straight out.

That would stop them from doing it.
