People aren't annoyed at his treatment of Lisa, it's his treatment of David that people think was wrong. David never did anything to him AND David was in the right with his argument with Bea (which Freddie knew) yet he still treated him appallingly and backed Bea!!

Don't change the goalposts by lining up another housemate. Marcus and Lisa are douches... we all know that. Freddie targeted David in an insane bout of paranoia and delusion.
Ridiculous stuff altogether that was further heightened by his absolute contempt for Lisa and David and his completely arrogant assumption that the audience love him.
