If Marcus' name hadnt been mentioned next week most of the housemates would nominate Siavash in retaliation, that way he gets his wish and gets put up for eviction and nominates as normal. Now he has to refuse to nominate or loose face.

Marcus on the other hand loves the chaos and worry produced in all the other housemates caused by the having everyone up so next week he will probably refuse to nominate as well.***EDIT*** Plus he knows its the best way to get rid of those the public dislike as opposed to factional nomination, in his mind its fairer and hopefully Lisa will get evicted.

If you think BB will sanction them individually think again, the reason for that is they can use their behaviour as an excuse to run another money spinning eviction as "punishment". the only people being punished are the public, forking over more money in a vote to save.
Siavash will nominate as he has already apologised for what had happened. If he had been given the oppertunity this week to nominate once he discovered everyone would be punished. he would have

Marcus loves breaking the rules yes, but he also loves nominating. He's a competitor plain and simple, he would not willingly give up the chance to nominate
