How about making as many appointments as you can for him, making sure there are at least 4 or 5 overlaps and 2 or 3 double bookings. Compound this by telling his wife he has booked him and her for a long lunch starting from the office at 12.00. All this on Friday the 13th if he is superstitious.
Then then take all the annual leave you are owed and don't ever come back. He expects you back.........NOT.
