Well, it is certainly puzzling. I think a lot of it is down to her actions in the first couple of weeks. She formed a pretty loyal group fairly early on and that group has proved to be fairly durable. Some have been evicted but the others have always remained loyal to her.
Contrast that with what we might loosely call the "Anti-Lisa Alliance". They have always been just that: an alliance. And a loose one at that.
