if the hms had good tasks not the pathetic dressing up tasks but ones that test them mentally and physically then the hms wouldn't be bored and get into trouble. they have nothing to read, no board games or cards all they can do is bitch, row and think about what miscief the can do to pass the time. i know they didn't have these things in past years but they did have better tasks.
