make the show 10 weeks long, put 12 HMs in on launch, bringing 3 newbies in around week 4 and replacing any HM that walks.
get a new team of producers and re-vamp the show with new rules about nominations and a generally different format. also, make BB much stricter.
That should do well! not that it would happen of course :/

Strongly agree and details aside that is the right idea.
Big Brother as we know it on C4 needs to wrap it up now. At best they might do some 'All-Star/Celebrity' BB11 and even that might be uncalled for now.
Whether its ITV or anyone else. Let it just take a year off and come back with an entirely new production staff, new presenters, new formats.
I strongly agree with it going back to a more 'purist' BB.
Twelve complete strangers from all walks of life meeting for the first time.
More focus on the original concept of the Orwellian Big Brother and the deeper psychological issues of living under an authority that is monitoring and setting rules 24/7.
But no doubt in my mind the only thing to do now is hand this over to a completely different production company on another channel,
entirely fresh restart and one that might even be back to the future with a reset of rules and restrictions.
and,
I know this is going to freak people out but maybe returning to the concept of a sort of reflection of society. The 'microcosm' and as many 'real people' as possible?
But I do admire the OP for trying to come up with some ideas that might help in the situation as it is.
They care enough to try and think of something.. ..which might be more than the current producers will do.
