How do you figure this?
Kris karly and charlie were punished by having to be quiet, BB made sure they lost...picking up on silly things like giggles. They were up.
Sophie and Siavash couldnt swear. They did and were up.
Siavash and Marcus broke the rules, the whole house was up...so they were also up.
Sophie and Bea break the rules, nothing happens.
Even doing a silly little task where they have to be quiet or something, to at least show they arent being biased
