Here here. It takes over your life doesn't it? After my first one I was afraid to go to college incase I had one on the bus or something, and also thought it could have been signs of an oncoming heart attack.

Yeah I can relate. My first one was the scariest experience of my life. All the others I've had have not been as bad as the first, but many have come close, and since then the doctor told me I have severe anxiety.

Ditto. I was pilled up to my eyes during my exams, it's all jsut a blur!
I rushed out forgetting to take the medication one morning and almost passed out in my Doctor Faustus exam. Awful, awful. I find that no matter how many time I have them they never get 'easier. Sure they differ in intensity but I still start thinking "what if?" and it panics me even more.
Sigh.
