It's a game show - as Marcus points out from time to time.
I am not completely convinced by Freddie's "panic attack". Seemingly a little while later he was laughing away about the nominations rule change. Not usually the reaction of someone who has just suffered an attack.
It may be that he did feel stressed out by Bea saying she was moving beds (gosh, how cruel! lol!), but hyped it up a bit.
As regards cruelty, our Japanese friends would regard BB as
very tame indeed compared with the cruelty of some of their game shows!
