Charlie is fake.
Charlie shows such concern over certain people being upset yet how does he react when he upsets Rodrigo? He cusses him out. One rule for him and another for anyone else. IMO he wishes to be seen as the kind, sensitive soul but he's blown that with how he's turned nasty with Rodrigo, if he REALLY was the kind, sensitive soul he wants to portray he wouldn't go upsetting Rod and then turning so nasty.
