Superb. I have come across a lot of bullies and that is exactly what they do. Unfortunately, especially in the workplace, they tend to stay, like indestructible cockroaches, while the hardworking/nice/bullied people are forced out by the bullying.
I worked with someone so nasty, negative and aggressive a couple of years ago that it blew my mind and she had a little gang who had adapted (presumably for survival) to become her loyal allies/henchwomen.
I gave her what for verbally because I f*ing hate bullies and told her I was not scared of her. I don't think anyone else had ever stood up to her. Predictably, she lied to management when they were brought in (by me) as her allies stood blindly and bitchily by. I ended up leaving and I was just the latest in a string of people except they had left quietly and lied about why they were going from what someone in the know told me.
