Before she went in the house she knew Freddie was fave to win, became an ally of his and then turned on him. At the time of entering Siavash was the 2nd fave to win, she has been trying to make Siavash look bad by saying to the other HMs that they are a group trying to force out the others.
And earlier today, she shouted at Charlie and got in a massive strop when he splashed her with water, again, she knew that Charlie was quite popular and is trying to turn the public against him by playing the "Your being horrible to me" card to gain sympathy.
So its obvious she is targetting the faves (the faves when she entered). She will probably go after Rodrigo next.
