Believe me thats what she's doing, she's trying to get rid of any competition for herself by using the "bullying" card (as she knows that this tactric has worked before in other series) and making the other look bad for making her "cry".

if that is her game plan why has she only started doing it 3 weeks in, it just coincidence that she happens to have fight with the perceived favourite
before she starting fighting with him her game plan was apparently the complete opposite

She obviously wasnt going to jump straight into the gameplan, she wanted to befriend the faves and then when they thought that they gained her respect and friendship, she threw them to the wolves.
