It was clear she doesn't even like Freddie and couldn't really empathise with him... If she can't uphold her "impartial" status then she needs to leave and get someone better to take this job. Maybe Marcus do it next year
Seriously though..clearly she has no depth. I'm not trying to bang on about this..but the lack of empathy etc. for Freddie has been astounding. Why are bullies getting away with their actions.
