well what do you expect, at Christmas people are buying other presents not just Shaynes record, so money will be tight, meaning that of course he wont sell as many records as Will Yound did, because he won in February if I remember rightly, when spending has calmed down a bit and people have just a tad more money around.
I think that over 313,000 copies sold on the 1st day is very respectable, the media always try and bring people down
