What she was doing on the highlights show tonight completely fits the definition of bullying.
She was trying her damnedest to get people to isolate him and she was also trying to get people to do things to upset Freddie which is bullying.

Also when she was trying to get Lisa to give her her blessing to go and smack Freddie in the face with the space hopper.

If you can't see that's not bullying then you're in denial.
