Charlie's antics (and others when they do something Rodders can jump on) provides the little tyke with an excuse to kick off and be very angry...just the way he likes it.

He spent all night with Sophie until charlie tried to break up that friendship, then proceeded to have a crying fit in the garden and then went back in to annoy Rod some more by pulling his hair and slapping him around the face. Then Rod was sleeping in bed so he thought he would have another go and third time lucky. Not once did Rod approach him.
