To the people who are outraged that Rod threw water on Charlie.
Do you have short memories or are you hypocrites?
Charlie did this to Angel in the early weeks, for NO reason whatsoever. They hadnt even been arguing or anything.
This was applauded by Charlie fans then, as him being funtime Charlie...
