That is why (just for example) members of the black community say they get stopped and searched much more often than white people of the same age group. The predominantly white police see someone of a different race as a bigger threat.

So by that example BB should monitor and bring Marcus to the DR on an hourly basis to check his behaviour in case he decides to attack a fellow HM.
