He won't stop acting like a spoilt little child until he gets slapped for acting all pissy towards the wrong person when things don't go his way. Only then will he wisen up.
It's obvious he gets away with acting the way he does...for now anyways!
I'm reasonably sure he'll get that slapped outta him when he gets out the house tho.
