just she had that massive arguement with Frederick saying that people will see what a pr!ck he is etc etc, then survived that eviction...
Maybe lisa thinks the public like hence why frederick went out, and if its bea vs lisa.. bea will go. Lisa will then be in until the final. hopes for double evic.
