siavash is gonna p1ss of the other HMs big time with this latest stunt.
He has miscalculated; he thinks by not nominating he is percieved as 'no threat' and thus not to be nominated himself. However his actions only cause massive insecurity in the house which is gonna lead to resentment.
He is a bit of a t1t really.
