But in past weeks we have had big characters who can carry the show. Once Bea has gone, thats it. We've got a big love in for 2 weeks and BB10 is back to square one.
But it isn't a one man show. I don't want to watch big characters with huge egos dominating the show. My only pleasure is seeing them evicted. You don't know until they have gone if the are indispensable or not but as I have tried to say in my initial post, no-one is indispensable and the show always goes on, as proven from the start in spite of people saying the show would be boring without them.
But we lost big character week after week after week whilst it was earlier on and a lot of people hadn't developed yet. Then in the later weeks when the likes of Noirin was evicted, there were still big characters to carry the show. There comes a point when there is noone left who can make it entertaining, and sadly we will reach that point on Friday. Yes, the show will go on but will it be as good? Probably not.
I do see your point Tom, but I don't think that is happening yet. I find it entertaining to wait in anticipation to see if my most disliked person will go. I believe many people feel the same. If this is true, there are still many disliked housemates who people are desperately waiting to get rid of. Loads can't wait to see the back of Lisa and I myself can't wait to get rid of Marcus, others want rid of Charlie. These are big characters and I am sure at least 2 of those mentioned will reach the final. Although Marcus is a big character and can be entertaining, I want him to go because I want either Siavash or Rodrigo to win and their votes will be split between them whereas Marcus will keep all his votes. As it gets towards the end of the programme as always it will be less entertaining simply because there will be fewer housemates in there. I believe that any of the housemates in there are capable of making entertainment as long as the show is not monopolised by one big character. Again I say the most entertaining part of the show is to see the nasty ones evicted. I don't see the point in getting really angry about a housemate and then not having the pleasure of seeing them voted out. I might as well watch Corrie or Eastenders instead!
