When viewers become aware that this program does not 'really' work by strict nominating and voting systems and has more to do with the producers 'pulling strings' then they may stop watching.
Certainly people can think twice about paying money to vote.
They may be less likely to follow along for the 'suspense' if they believe its 'rigged' and maybe even predetermined who will go through anyways.

You don't need to call the police but you might decide you will NOT phone the vote line this week.
Why should you bother?

It always astounds me when people realise that they are being manipulated but they soon forget and continue watching BB and X Factor and getting all thier information from The Daily Star and believing complete works of fiction like the Katie and Peter Story. It's all anaesthetic and a distraction and i'm glad they are disctracted. It keeps plebs under control and away from all the things that I like.
