They didn't have to decide the way Siavash and Sophie were going to nominate people, until half and hour of so later or whenever they felt like it, which could have been after Siavash was touched by Bea etc, then just said it in the highlights show whenever the liked. For example, they could have decided, even though Bea touched siavash, that it was the first person siavash spoke to instead of first person he touched, then it would have been rodrigo and sophie, then an hour later or whatever, told siavash that was how he nominated. We could never prove otherwise, same with Sophie.

See actually this was very unfair the more i think about it. I mean for example, if BB put up on their site the day before noms, "if any of the housemates choose not to nominate, it will be the first 2 people each of them say the word "yes" to". We would all know that it was fair, as they had said before noms. And, if those people happened to be Marcus and David, plus two others and not Bea, then Bea would not be up, as Marcus and Siavsh would get two more noms, bringing their total to 4 each and beas to only 3. As it happens, they changed it both times to make sure it was Marcus, David and Bea.

What do you reckon, was this unfair? I hate Bea, but i don't like to think of big Bro manipulating things like that.

Going by your scenario and now I see exactly how that can be fixed to have gone any way they liked.

People who want Bea out and want to save Marcus are acting as if this is nothing and who should care,
but,
They could have just as easily 'retro-fitted' the rule to be "Whoever said Yes',
or
"whoever Siavash initiated words with"
or
"The first two names Siavash said"
and,
Just as easily had it so that Marcus and David would be up alone or at least so that Bea was NOT nominated.

IF they 'retro-fitted' a scenario that saved Bea then I wonder if there wouldn't be outraged topics, cries of 'foul', calls to OfCom and Petitions all over the place here?

The most dangerous thinking in the world?
The type of mentality that sees genocide even?
Its the thinking that says "Well.. so what.. it doesn't matter because it affected the person we all hate and who deserves it anyways!"
Right. Then eventually it happens to YOU.
