even thats too young...I'd say at least 30, but of course thats never gonna be pop with the audience who are mostly teenagers and early twenties; so okay lest say at least 25; after all it is the older HMs who are way better HMs re entertainment etc.

21 is a fine age, most housemates tend to be mid-late 20's anyway well apart from BB8 which was just a nursery with Carol and Lesley as the baby sitters
