Marcus was practicing before the test nearly obsessively and as you know is beyond obsessed with scoring perfect on exams,
but,
You can just look at Lisa and you know she isn't anything but average or even higher intelligence (in any 'practical living' sort of sense) but is probably not good with exams, numbers,
and,
did not give a flying **** and didn't even try and was probably annoyed with it but almost randomly checked it off and filled it in.

I don't put a whole lot to the IQ tests and here is why:
I had a longgggg period of time between formal education where I never had to do a thing with exams, tests, maths, etc.
Then had a surprise IQ test.
No joking I found myself more confused about the actual forms, boxes etc and then had no sense of the clock/time per question at all,
felt totally 'rusty' for any sort of exam.
Anyways,
2 years later, after returning to school, well back in 'exam mode' and just used to it all over again, familiar with tests and time and went well up from something like 98 to 114 on same test.
Did I get more 'Intelligent'?
No.
It was just the difference of a bit of practice with timed tests and some familiarity with 'how it goes'.
Like not having ridden a bicycle in 10 years and get on one and for a few blocks feel weird and shaky... can't get the gears right away.
a few days later you are well in form again.

I dunno.. what do you say?
Freddy had a high IQ and was destroyed by Bea in every possible way.
Marcus has a high IQ and is a total idiot who makes up fake stories and doesn't figure out anything faster than anyone else.
Lisa is far more 'street smart' than nearly anyone else in there.
