Ah thanks guys you are right I have missed a couple more things.
1. Belittling the work of others when they are trying to help can come over as I little overly mean and taking a thread in a manner it wasnt intended for.
2. Insulting other forum members is a big nono as it is against the forum rules and gives the impression you may take everything more seriously then is warranted.
3. Making posts that completely contradict themselves, e.g. "I have one advice" followed by giving two pieces of advice when pedantically criticising another poster allows for them to turn it back on you.
Thanks for the help there.
Maybe over time we can get a thread that can be helpful to all forum users no matter what house mates they support.
