Yes.
Really that is how she rolls.
I'd also throw some credit to her for intermittent floating or to say she just knows when to step back and into the shadows if and when someone else is trying to destroy her target.
Namely - Bea attacking Freddy on her own. Lisa gives 'silent approval' and basically agrees 'not to interfere' and lets it happen.
Steps back in when its over.
I 'would' resent Lisa doing these sorts of things except over and over again the 'target' or 'victim' has just fukking ASKED FOR IT or is a douchbag who deserves it after all.
Lisa doesn't do this to innocents. That is what I like about it.
