I am afraid your memory is playing tricks with you. Lisa has only been nominated to face eviction on one occasion, in week eight, and would have faced Charlie, not Marcus.

The reason she did not face the public vote that week was nothing to do with Siavash but was due to the entry of the new Housemates and their failing of their task. Because of that, the regular nominations were not used for that week and all the new Housemates faced the vote instead. Some other Housemates were put up as a punishment for discussing nominations. Luckily for Lisa, she had not committed that offence.

However, you are undoubtedly correct in your intimation that she would have been evicted if she had faced the vote at that time.
