Not really, Bea hasn't done anything to Lisa, and mucking around in the house is part of passing the time. She sticks up for whatever she believes in. It doesn't mean she avoids anyone.
And you say it's Lisa flirting with Bea, but one could easily say it's Bea flirting with Lisa, and by your logic that would be 'two-faced'.
Ultimately they have to interact in the house. That was the party night too, btw.
