People insult/ break the rules...
Then when they get a warning or banned, they complain via u2u.
Had some real bad insults before but meh.
If people didnt break the rules they wouldnt get warnings and bans.
And the new mods are doing a quality job, when i go to answer a u2u now 95% of the time its alredy done.
Sometimes we get over 60 reports a day to look at, i know you dont have to look at all of them as some are sorted but it can get tiresome when people are so petty with their insults.
