Why did Marcus try and pull down Siavashs speedo?
Because he was being dominated and he cheated to try and get out of it.
Why did Marcus then call out Charlie as 'cheater' for a lesser offense and do so 'as if' he was in authority to call things like Cheating?
Because he is a hypocrite and because he won't take responsibility for his own cowardly or cheating behavior and rids it by putting it on other people.
Marcus - the cheapest and smallest sort of man.
