Vash and Sophie have got it right. All the others are hopping mad, thinking they are all gonna lose the game.
this is illustrated perfectly by the most angry one, Charlie. Unfortunately he's never been bright enough to think of a good strategy.

Though admittedly I really don't know why Siavash always thinks that he knows what action BB will take.
