That's was a strawman argument response.
My original position. Forum members who harbor a dislike for a certain housemate,
i.e., the Amazing Marcus, and cannot or unable to defend their position in refute of
how wonderful and compelling the legend truly is. They will criticize or attack the
person (pro-Marcus forum'ers) who proposed the comment in an attempt to discredit
the argument, rather than counter the argument itself.
