I agree. Back in the day when it was at it's peak i would be gutted if i missed an episode. I even managed to watch some BB highlights when i was on holiday during BB5.

Nowadays if i miss a highlights show it's like meh not that bad.

It's past it's peak (bb3-6 was in my opinion) and now struggling. Marcus and Siavash are probably the only thing which really keeps me watching this year as they have been great housemates.

I may feel a little sadder closer to the time but for now i think it's the right thing to do.
