All I know is I gave a warning to someone the other day who openly admitted to posting things JUST to wind people up. All they ever did was make negative comments on marcus, then went on to say they only did it to wind his fans up.
Mark said they never broke the rules by doing this. And the warning was removed.

Out of interest - who is to say whether someone is posting just to wind others up! Everyone has favourites - so it is not beyond the bounds of possibility that their judgement could be clouded by their own personal opinons! It could only come down to opinion - not fact!
