Well a radge depends on context...
can mean a BAM..or a BAMPOT...edinburgh venacular.
Means a fool, or NUTTER, hardman, idiot and etc, someone you hate!
but also has loving connotations as your best 'mad' mate.
a nice word to describe folk that are mad but close to you.
