Right, this has nothing to do with Dreamweaver.

Files on a website are loaded onto a webserver. In order to get them there you need to use an FTP programme, of which there are a number out there, such as Win FTP or Terrapin.

If you know how to use it, DOS also has an FTP program.

The other packages however are more graphical and similar in appearence to Windows Explorer.

The FTP program allows you to transfer files to your web site as it is hosted on the webserver.
