Siavash let them was his entire right eyebrow off for nothing. Eyebrows never grow back the same, and he will be stuck with odd eyebrows for the rest of his life. Marcus isn't "up" for anything. His Mother actually said on BBLB that he once cut off his pony tail for a girl, so it would not have hurt him to go along with BB.
