lisa - rodrigo and siavash
rodrigo - david and lisa
siavash - david and lisa/charlie
sophie - david and lisa

so it will be siavash and david, possibly with lisa in the mix if siavash votes her rather than charlie

if he refuses to nom yet again, it will be just him and david.
