Then she waved good-bye to Freddy. So did Bea. And make no mistake about it - Bea and Lisa took care of that business. They deliberately saw him out that door.

More amazing is that Lisa was the one who had to come from behind. The real 'darkhorse' in this series.
Freddy BLEW a massive 'lead' (granted built by fans deliberately keeping the disliked weirdo in),
but,
No, there is no nothing for him to do to 'get revenge'. her eviction number on a facebook page isn't 'getting her out'.
This is not like Emperor Lisa sitting back as Darth Bea destroyed him.. ..yet beautifully saving Marcus to get that vote % just over the line.

Lisa 'owned' Freddy bad and of course she did. He is a trouble kid who creeped the hell out of people and messed with the wrong 'Black Widow' and got bit.
