I agree with everything you have said apart from Charlie being vile deep down, and Lisa for the win.

Charlie has a selfish streak which makes him follow an agenda which best serves his selfish desires. He turned on Freddie, in support of Bea because at that time he felt Bea was more popular than Freddie, he is very imature for a 22yr old and i think he will grow out of that sort of thing, it is typical behaviour for a kid at school who is on the verge of being in the popular group but hasn't quite made it, so has to court the favour of genuinly popular people. Deep down i think he is soft and decent, but still has those childish traits.

I have been falling for Lisa a bit also but watching some clips of her earlier behaviour, when she was powerful, with ali's a plenty. shows her true nature, give her some power and it will go to her head.

So consider yourself shouted at. and stay away from phones till the end of BB.
