Well of course they do. He has refused to nominate and effectively destroyed the nomination system. Siavash should have been turfed out the first time he refused - not put up for nomination... just shown the door without any goodbyes and wearing whatever clothes he was in.
He is lucky to be in the final. BB is just having a bit of revenge - I would probably do the same.
(But I would have chucked him out long ago really).
