However, this thread is intended to show that he isn't the rebel he appeared as in the house, hence why he was a stickler for the rules in the early weeks and even had a problem with Sree for not taking them ''seriously'' enough.
If he broke the rules and stuck the finger to BB from the get-go, you all might have a point, but he didn't. If anything, he came across like a control freak from the way he spoke to Sree and took the tasks so seriously.
So again, read the post and look at it objectively. Marcus is not the ''rebel'' he is made out to be.
Of course, that's just my opinion, but it is argued in a fair and balanced manner, which no body can deny.[/rquote]why should someone be a rebel 24/7 for the entire length of time they are in the house? does it not make sense to test the water on how far you can push the rules of BB. I have said from the start marcus was playing the game getting to know who, what he could get way with, by week 5 he felt he knew what he could get away with or he got bord of the game and changed in to the person that so meny people like/love about him.
I dont think anyone thinks marcus as a rebel? they think he was more entertaining than anyone else in the house with him at the time, he did have a rebel side to him which you can not deny! marcus did brake rules, brake fixtuers and fittings ect.. that may not be everyone cup of tea, but it was liked by lots of people who voted to keep him in for a record 7 evictions thats a lot of money being spent by people who supposedly did not like him.
in lots of peoples eyes marcus was someone who was the most nominated and survived the most evictions of any other housemate in the history of BB. why can you not see why people would call him a legend or a rebel or big him up for them very 2 things? he brought somthing to the house no other HM as ever brought or he would have got the boot the 1st time he was put up for eviction.
why are you still bringing him up even today? he was evicted last week

Lisa was evicted last night why not go and talk about her? why keep bringing marcus up i dont understand your point if he was not all that surely you would just drop all conversations about him.[/rquote]
Maybe because a lot of people were relieved when Marcus went and hoped he would also be gone from the forums!
But no - obsessed fans just keep on harping on and on and on and on ... and it, understandably, grates on those that don't like him - so of course they will respond!
If you don't want them to - then just shut about him!

CORRRRECTION!!!!...most threads re Marcus are now started by marcus haters. Of course the kind of folk who 'got' marcus like to see fair play and wont allow 'haters' defile his good character. As such we feel compelled to respond to such threads and 'educate' their obnoxious originators.[/rquote]
I don't agree! Generally, people create anti-Marcus threads for the same reasons I mentioned previously! They respond to provocation!
